Something in between: a home that’s yours for however long you need it, designed with the kind of care that only comes from knowing what it actually feels like to want somewhere safe and private in Karachi.

We’re in Badar Commercial, DHA Phase 5. It’s one of those pockets of Karachi that somehow stays calm. Good food nearby. The sea isn’t far.
You’ve got Khayaban-e-Ittehad a few minutes away for late-night food runs, Dolmen Mall if you need it, and enough cafés within walking distance to not have to plan anything. It’s DHA, so it’s accessible, but it doesn’t feel like you’re in the middle of everything. You can actually exhale here.

GharBaar is women-led. That’s not just a fact about who runs it. It shaped every decision we made building it.
The lighting. The locks. The way your room is yours and nobody else’s, whether you’ve booked one room in the apartment or the whole thing. If other guests are staying, you’ll never feel it. Your privacy isn’t a courtesy here. It’s the whole point.
